Delta Omega began sponsoring the annual Student Poster Session in order to encourage and recognize the public health leaders of tomorrow. Each year, nineteen students are selected to present their research during the Delta Omega Student Poster Session through the Academic Public Health Caucus of the American Public Health Association's Public Health Exposition. While students do not need to be members of Delta Omega in order to compete, they must attend schools and programs with active chapters and be approved by the respective chapter to compete.
